Vera BozicichVera’s role in the business is that of Marketing Manager, but her experience in Real Estate is as a highly accomplished Sales Lady, with many, many happy customers that have dealt with Vera over the past twenty years.
Vera first worked in Real Estate with Maria when she first came into the Industry, over twenty years ago. Maria was always most impressed with Vera’s commitment to her clients, with her organization skills and with her thoroughness when looking for homes for her clients.
Maria was delighted to welcome Vera back to the team and to put her in charge of the advertising and general presentation of both the Company and the stock. Maria knew that Vera’s perfectionism, thoroughness and dedication to “do the right thing” by the clients would massively benefit this Company, and this has certainly been the case. We now have the best advertising spread in the local papers and we are continually upgrading all other aspects of advertising.
Vera’s background in Sales has given her great insight into what a Vendor wants when the property goes on the market for sale. She understands how important the details are in promoting the property, and she completely empathises with different people’s needs. She continually checks proofs and ads with Vendors to ensure that their needs are being met by the promotional work done by the Company.
