Sarah BrownBeing Maria Lawrance’s daughter, great expectations were always placed on Sarah, and she has never disappointed observers.

In 2001 Sarah became the Company’s Senior Property Manager and virtually doubled the rent roll. She implemented many new systems, made sure that every Landlord was treated to the best possible service, and earned herself the reputation of being the best Property Manager in town, winning many, many awards.
Alongside all of this Sarah is fully conversant with all the computer hardware and software used by the Company, and is a very accomplished book-keeper.
All her previous experience in Real Estate has ensured that Sarah is one of the most knowledgeable Licensed Agents and Auctioneers in town. Any investor looking to buy will have advice not just on the purchase of the property, but all the information surrounding the management as well.
